I think this has been done before, but anyhow, Cage wins.

Well, I guess if the OP is changed to "Cage won't fight back or defend himself from attacks" Bane can win with nerve strikes a la T'Challa style :P Otherwise, Cage one-shots him.

On Venom? Hardly he is 3 tons at the most on a guess and plenty of street level beings are above him.

That depends what you define as street level. 3 tons should not be considered street level but yet it is.

Just to make something out of this, do you recall Bane ever using nerve strikes?

Nope,he tends to go after the face of a person and he bit some goon in the neck and ofcourse who can forget the Mammoth nut shot.That's what i've seen.
