Im goin with Bane, Kingpin would destroy him with any prep time but with no time or weapons Bane is like a rabid gorilla

Bane stomps then, he is more skilled in h2h combat than Kingpin, he beats him without Venom.

Kingpin pays Bane not to kill him. Other then that, I don't think there is any other way he's winning. Maybe if he sat on him lol?

Kingpin isn't made of fat, it's all muscle. He's stronger and more durable than Bane. The only thing Bane has over Kingpin is possibly hand-to-hand. But that won't help him here. Kingpin wins.

I'm sitting on the fence for this one. Although Bane does have the skill and possibly, speed advantage, Fisk has been taking hits from Spider-Man for quite some time now, and for the most part, has walked away relatively unscathed; except for Back in Black that is. Plus Kingpin has been depicted as being fast enough to tag both Daredevil and Spider-Man; that has to count for something.

No, not that I can recall. IIRC there was one incident where a Superman-powered Batman punched a hole through Bane's chest, and somehow he was able to survive that and throw a couple of jabs back, but that was non-canon I believe.

I say Kingpin can take it. Even without his cane, the guy is extremely fast and strong.
