Not necessarily, a case can be made for Bane winning against a mortal Hercules.

Why does every bane thread have someone saying he breaks? Come on guys.... It was a good feat, but he's got so many other showings dont he?

Depends on which type of Herc... pre Chaos War Herc, Chaos War Herc or Post Chaos War Herc. The first will curbstomp Bane. CW will erase Bane out of existence a thousand times over or as long as he is pleased. And Post CW may win but it's a 50/50 chance.

However it was against a depressed, and drained batman who wasn’t in his right mind. And bane caught him off guard since he knew he was bruce wayne. So pretty much it was bane with prep, vs bruce who was depressed, and drained and caught off guard. Batman owned him there next time around.
