Bane vs Daken

Conditions

- Bane possesses full knowledge on Daken's powers, fighting ability, and pheromones.

- Bane's on Venom pills (Will not affect his mindset) and is equipped with his promethium axe.

- Bane's wearing a mask.

- Random encounter in an empty bar.

NOTE: This is Bane overall. His feats without Venom still applies in this thread because the Venom pills won't affect his mindset.

Who wins?

How well will Daken's healing factor fare against Bane's promethium axe?

Daken. Next.

I always wonder why people give Bane Venom on the battle forums, when his best feats are off-Venom.

Because he's (arguably) faster, and is way more durable.

Not to mention his claws would kill Bane after a few landed strikes.

Bane 101 speficially states Bane (even on venom) vs Wolverine is a mismatch. The same applies here.

@Illuminatus: Bane having full knowledge of Daken just means he knows he's not going to take a majority.

I'd say it's worse given Daken's pheromones. I don't see how Bane can counter them at all.

Daken wins,the axe makes it more fair but certainly not enough for Bane to take the majority.

It's Bane in his regular mindset. I just give him Venom to boost himself up.

Hmmm,i'll ask the OP for clarification.No point in telling Bane about something and then not giving him the means to counter it.

@PunkMastaFlex: I think it does. If he had a mask(besides his normal one) it should be listed under equipment and I will pout up a storm until everyone agrees with me.

Oh, I didn't know you were OP. Well now I feel silly for pouting. So I assume you're adding the mask to his equipment?

Oh and to explain why I thought this was because if something's a random encounter I assume a character is unprepared, thus shouldn't have any unspecified equipment.

Well then now that the rules have been set my orignal post stands.Bane loses but the axe makes it more fair.

Since Bane can beat the entire JLA and even Lobo, he curbstomps Daken.

Daken would kill Bane after a few slashes and his healing factor is an advantage.

Honestly, I'd dispute that Daken would win even without the pheromones.

Wolverine's son versus Bane. Are you crazy. You could get Wolverine, Daken, and Sabertooth vs Bane, and it will still end the same. Bane wins. Why? Because he's way too powerful, he's from DC.

Bane has no strength feats to place him above 2 tons to my knowledge. Daken is really fast to...Daken may win this without pheromones.

@karetaker: Bane would be in gthe same strength range, and would be almost as skilled. However, I think that with prep, Bane would have armor or something to help against Dakken, and that this fight would last about one minute before Bane collapsed. Dakken's not getting away scot-free, but he'll take 9/10. The dud trashed Spidey in American Son, for crying out loud!
