Bane vs Batman - Battles

A fight between Batman and Bane. Could you please provide the reason for your decision in each fight and what you think the win/lose record would be.

VS

Gotham roof tops with no other people.

Random encounter.

Morals on

Fight to either death, knock out or unable to fight.

Round 1:

Batman with no equipment or outfit vs Bane without venom.

Round 2:

Standard Batman vs Bane without venom.

Round 3:

Batman with no gear vs Bane with venom.

Round 4:

Standard Batman vs Bane with venom.

Round 5:

Standard Batman vs Bane with 30 minutes prep.

Batman easily

Bane 8/10,10/10 if it's the new 52 venom

Batman I think(depends on the venom),could easily go in Bane's favor.

Round 1:
Batman with no equipment or outfit vs Bane without venom.

Batman. Bane's slight physical edge isn't enough to compensate for Wayne's superior skill.

Round 2:
Standard Batman vs Bane without venom.

Same result as round 1, but now with more ease for Wayne.

Round 3:
Batman with no gear vs Bane with venom.

Bane in a good fight if pre-n52. Bane in a stomp if n52.

Round 4:
Standard Batman vs Bane with venom.

Batman should take it with his gear.

Round 5:
Standard Batman vs Bane with 30 minutes prep.

30 minutes of prep Bane hires Deathstroke and calls it a day. But really, Batman unless you give Bane some great resources.

Bane wins, new 52 Bane crushes him

Round 4:

Batman wins

Batman wins, he has more resources
