I don't know a lot about crossbones, but with Bane's strength, and William Cobb's healing factor, I feel like they would win.

My knowledge about Crossbones is very limited, I would appreciate some scans...

I think New 52 Bane having access to both Pre and New 52 feats is a game changer here. Along with the ludicrous physicality he has in the New 52, he also gets the high level of fighting skill his Pre 52 version had. I'd noramlly back Rogers against New 52 Bane, but along with the Pre 52 feats, Talon is pretty formidable himself and he can take Crossbones. I'd have to put my money on Team 1.
