Location

5 square blocks of Little Italy, NYC
10pm, all lights remain on and a vareity of vehicles remain in the street. (disabled so they cannot use)
Everything is on limit (alleys, rooftops, sewers, building interiors)

Rules

-Both teams begin at opposite ends, not visible.
-Both teams know who they are facing.
-Both teams are unaware where the enemies begin.
-Both teams have been offered 5 million to eliminate the opposition.
-All characters have unlimited ammo, unless otherwise stated.
-Morals apply.
-Elimination by death only.

Combatants

Bane (On venom, submachine gun)
Red Hood / Jason Todd (custom knife, 1 smoke grenade, twin pistols, standard armor)
Black Mask (twin pistols, combat knife, kevlar armor)

VS

Crossbones (gauntlet knives, mini-crossbow, kevlar vest)
Bullseye (daggers, twin sai, throwing stars)
Hammerhead (Current mindset but pre-adamantium upgrade, tommy gun, twin pistols)

F#$% it! Team Crossbones takes it 7/10. Bullseye's accuracy and Hammerhead's durability are too much for the opposing team.

Crap. How did I miss this thread?

Anyway, I would probably give an edge to Team 2, primarily due to Bullseye. I think that Bane could defeat Hammerhead, Bullseye, or Crossbones in straight combat if he could get close enough, but because of how far apart the teams begin, even if they cannot see one another at the start, I think the range tactic would be an advantage Bullseye could exploit. Jason is skilled in that area also and is impressive in stealth as well, which is why I would not give Team 2 a clean sweep. This would be an extremely close match due to Jason and Bane's skill. They may be able to close the distance without getting noticed, but that would prove extremely difficult. Overall, I think Bullseye and even Hammerhead providing heat from a distance would gain Team 2 a solid majority. Team 2 6/10.

I thought it was the second time that she shot him? Oh well.

Anyway I'll say team 1 and here's why. Firstly, they're going to work together much better then their counterparts. Crossbones has actually tried to kill Bullseye before and Hammerhead isn't exactly friendly with his teammate's employers. So while they probably won't kill each other, team two is still going to have some teamwork issues(at least more so than Team 1). Now then you've got Jason, Hammerhead, and Bullseye as the primary long range attacks. Accuracy wise, Hammerhead hasn't really done much of anything so he's basically useless(all of his opponents are bullet dodgers to my knowledge). Bulseye is better than Jason, but his morals tend to kick and he'll probably mess around more, which could lead to a knock out by someone like Bane if they utilize proper cover(a la Crossbones vs Bullseye). Black Mask isn't very useful either, but he's better than Hammerhead who has never really done anything very impressive fighting wise. Surprisingly I'd say that Crossbones is the most dangerous member of Team 2, but Jason probably could take him(as he's taken on Batman and done very well) or Bane could cause him trouble until his teammates are taken care of.

@Silver2467: Tim Drake is probably the most overrated Bat family member there is, they suddenly gave him ridiculous fighting ability in Red Robin when in his own previous series he still lost to no name villains. I don't think saying Huntress is on Tim's level at least pre RR is so far fetched

I'm gonna go with team 2. I think Bane wold take Crossbones. But Bullseye could beat Red Hood and Hammerhead should be able to beat Black Mask. Then those two finish off Bane. Mostly due to Bullseye.
