Bane (on Venom) vs The Lizard - Battles

Lizard has no TP

Bane is his new 52 venomized version

Bane gets 1 hr prep and a prometheum battle Axe

Bane cannot bring anything else to the fight with the prep but he can strategize

They fight in Times Square with no civilians present.

I don't think Bane can get past his huge speed and strength advantage. Even with a promethium axe, I don't think Bane can consistently do enough damage through Lizard's durability to get past his Healing Factor. I would give it to Lizard for a solid majority, maybe even 9/10, depending on if Bane can consistently get a decapitation. I'm leaning towards no.

The Lizard is still vastly stronger and faster than Bane is, even on the new 52 venom. The Lizard is very much strong enough and fast enough to yank the axe out of Bane's hands and then pummel him to death.

Which will amount to precisely dick considering that the Lizard is stronger than spidey by a good margin and thus much stronger than Bane, is OMGWTF more durable than spidey, has lethal natural weapons like his claws, teeth, and tail, and might actually be faster than Peter is. If Bane tries to grapple with Connors, the Lizard is going to clamp his teeth on Bane's face and tear off most of his head even if Bane somehow prevents him from using his colossally arms.

I'm picturing Lizard lifting Bane up and breaking his back. It's a funny image. I'm sure Bane's skill and strategy will help him out more than you guys admit though.

True, not saying Bane can take a majority, but I'm sure he can last for at least a bit.
