Morals off? Cap. He'll crash his shied into Bane's skull.
Hmmm? idk but the New 52 bane seems to have improved venom. This venom has increased strength, speed, durability, and make bane smart than the Pre 52
New 52 Bane is physically superior and brutal as a sunnuva ... gun.
Steve's bread and butter.

This version of bane should win at least 9/10....I think thats being generous based on what he did to batman.
Lies!!!
No way, Bane New 52 stomps Cap very easily.

To me Banes new 52 showing highlights that Batman's martial skills and agility are < his pre-52 version's rather than it showing any improvements on Banes part. Feat-wise Cap still defeats New 52 bane 10/10 IMO.
While I agree that Batman hasn't had up to par showings of hand-to-hand technique in the New 52 (at least based on my reading experience), Bane's physicals have improved quite a lot -- most notably his strength, jumping capabilities, speed (according to Batman) and sheer size. He's also supposed to be smarter, but that certainly didn't show. It's just a shame he acted like a brute and didn't show a single ounce of skill.
That said, I think a morals off Captain America would defeat N52 Bane. After all, Batman's strikes were visibly felt by Bane, therefore shield strikes are certain to do damage. Bane's impressive physicals could make it interesting, but I think Cap's own enhanced stats, high degree of skill and, of course, shield will allow him to overcome.

I still don't see how cap wins this
I Dont See cap winning this at all . This bane may acted like a brute but he really wastnt trying hard.
Captain America has my vote for now.
See bolded.@k4tzm4n said:

Infact he can't win against Bane.
Providing actual reasons might be a more compelling case...@darktiger said:

bane stomp literaly and the reason he did show his stragetic skill or martial arts is because dc has made him so strong he really didnt need too
Steve should still have better speed and reaction than Bane, but Banes other qualities make this a toss up
Hand to Hand, this is an interesting match. Steve is enhanced all around, and is a solid fighter, and Bane has much the same going for him. However, Rogers history is more extensive and definitely more impressive than anything Bane has accomplished thus far.
That being said. With standard equipment, I think Steve could kill him with a shield throw.
Thanks for reading,

PREACH!
A morals off cap ?
Cap-" I'm going to make you suffer *throws shield in air* without this damn shield" *Charges at bane*
Bane-"you've ready lost puny man"
Cap-*Baseball slides* *Shield rechochaed off roof and slices off Banes head !*
Seems legit ? No ? Yes ! Alright then !
May go either way. Bane is strong but may lack agility.
Tough but may lack speed and versatility. I'm leaning towards Capt.
Steve went H2H against John Steele and did pretty well. John Steele is much stronger and more durable than Bane. He's bulletproof and bends the shaft of tanks. Steve did much better against someone much more stronger and faster (Steve comments on how fast Steele is) than Bane, although he didn't beat Steele and therefore the scans don't necessarily prove that he can beat Bane, he didn't struggle as much as Batman did when he fought Bane. I think it can go either way and I'm leaning more towards Steve. Note that he doesn't have his shield here either, which makes a big difference.
