I'd give team former Robins a trivial majority. While I do believe Bane is the MVP (should earn a majority over either of his opponents), I don't believe he'd beat either swiftly... despite the fact he did so to Nightwing twice in continuity.
Simply put, they're bringing variety to the table. Nightwing has the skill and agility to give either of these Secret Six members a good fight. Throw in his variety of gear and things get very interesting. His new ability to generate electric attacks from his escrima sticks should prove effective every few matches, and if it comes down to a desperate measure, he has a variety of equipment he can use as a last resort (though I don't see that happening more than a few times out of 10). Meanwhile, Todd, although less skilled than Dick, also has enough talent and gear to make either match-up interesting. The starting distance is short so I sincerely doubt he's going to get an immediate win with the pistol, but he also brings to the table electric attacks (taser) and other assorted weapons. The fact he's willing to fight dirty and "cheat" are also key for keeping him in the game longer.
Catman's good, especially thanks to his pain tolerance and brutality, but I honestly don't see him taking a majority over either and therefore making him the weak link (but that by no means implies he'd go down easily). If Catman drops first, the two should be able to best Bane. They're going to walk away with some damage, but I think they can take perhaps 6/10. In the end, I'd say their more than adequate levels of skill, agility and sheer variety of equipment means they have more advantages in this one.
Additionally, I wrote this under the belief that Bane is not on venom.
