Rules

1. Win via knock out, incapacitation or kill
2. Master Chief's shields can only recharge once
3. Master Chief doesn't get Cortana in any rounds
4. Master Chief's armour abilities (Armour Lock, camo cloak, jet pack etc) are disabled.

Bump because this could be interesting. But I think Chief will win for the most part.

Master Chief takes the majority

Chief

Master chief should win majority, due to superior physical abilities(strength, speed, reflexes), durability, skill, mobility and better tech. I see bane having trouble getting past mjolnir shields and armor.

Bane is stronger than average humans.

But chief is an expert marksman.
