Jodi is Marc's daughter she doesn't have his psinoic whips instead she has tech to replicate energy versions of them. However her pisonics manifested in a vastly different way allowing her to increase her speed and movements to super-human levels. On a treadmill she was clocked at 125mph and can use the ability speed up her punches:

As she is of Kherubim decent she also has their physiology. Jodi is also a very adept h2h fighter having been trained since the age of 5 to fight and even managed to catch her dad off guard and pin him.
Having said that Jodi is not a good a fighter as her dad. She's good but not quite that good. When she beat Marc she caught him off guard not to mention he was holding back (who wouldn't against your own daughter). She is also nowhere near as experienced as her dad and doesn't have his misting ability. Jodi has the skills to give Marc a fight but if he wasn't holding back Marc would beat her due to her lack of experience and superior tactical/fighting ability.
