I'd say Nemesis takes this. Easiest way would be to slice through a whip and while he's recovering from the mental feedback, she gets in and finishes him. His misting might be an issue but she should still be able to track his thoughts to see where he is and her shields can keep him at bay.

lmao, don't know why i didn't laugh at this before. smh. and then it's just weird...
I think some sort of limitation on Nemesis' force fields might make this a much closer and more interesting fight. And let's say Backlash is his purple-whipped, unlimited misting version. Bump.
