Backlash runs the Gauntlet .

Backlash sends invites to fighters from various universes. These battles are to the death with powers.No prep. No spectators or monks. 2 hour rest between rounds. Backlash is full power.

How so? At his weakest he was still able to mist. Unless you mean Team 7....?

I don't think I really get the thing about him starting at his weakest level and then getting stronger. I can't think of 11 different power levels for him. I think I've got 4 in mind.
