The Lord of Destruction fights the Man of Steel. Baal wants to destroy Earth, his brothers already defeated the rest of the Justice League with ease. Only Superman is left, and he fights Baal before he destroys the world.

- At his normal (powers). Or the newest version.

Baal should win due to raw power and he can also possess Superman.

Baal can steal anyone knowledge or powers. Particular by possessing. Outside that, i'ts hard to say. But like his brothers, he destroyed entire empires at his weakest.
