starbreaker is like galactus, a cosmic vampire. with the power of countless stars in him.

overmaster is lke galactus also.

neh buh loh is a sentient universe, his touch has the power of 20 atomic bombs, and he was the one who sent the seven soldiers of victory across the timeline.

I did not think they were B level. Stranger is apart of the Elder Council.
