The only B.B. Hood I see doing anything here would be the Marvel VS Capcom 2 version. And even that's a little sketchy..

Scare him perhaps if he has full knowledge on who she is? Anyway while human she is a C class Darkstalker who are beings stated to be able to take on entire armies. She is also deceptively well trained so Deathstroke isn't fighting a rookie.
