Fight takes place: A large shopping mall. (abandoned) (with police outside it)
The Mall mostly consists of sports stores, gun stores, clothing stores and some food courts
Fight starts at Midnight an they have until 6AM before SWAT teams swarm the building
they start on opposite sides of the building
Both start in normal costumes but with no weapons
morals apply
first to Kill or KO

well i like both characters but jason todd has more weapons more agility more experience and more martial arts training alot of people over look the fact that in Batman annual 25 jason went around the world and trained with the same people bruce wayne trained with in order to defeat him thats saying alot if you ask me michael is good but not that good not yet anyways

yes he did and he also beat the joker with a crowbar as well and he could have killed him but he wanted batman to do it jason todd is much more skilled now than he was when he got killed by the joker read batman annual 25 and batman under the hood

Bump seem's like a pretty good fight I think Lane's costume increases his physical abilities which could come handy in this fight

He was much younger when that happened. No hero has EVER not been beaten, especially in their younger days.

I am sure even Batman had his ass handed to him a few times during his training period.

Todd might know a good amount of MA, but the strength and speed the Suit gives Lane, will be too much to overcome IMO... EDIT: and dont forget Lane had good training under Dr. Hunts experiments...as well as from the Police, and being a Marine...so, he's no pushover in the MA realm to say the least...
