Terry can fly, he has future tech, and he's more intelligent. JPV did have progressively improving armor/tech throughout his run, but his psychosis also became more severe over time so not to be picky but it sorta depends on when in his timeline he's fighting. It's probably moot though cause I think Terry takes him anytime IMO, except in a costume contest
