The maze really puts me off. I'd say Teleporters due to the maze being a disadvantage for the speedsters.

It probably takes the teams a while to even find one another.

Yeah, in any other battle ground I'd give it to the speedsters, Quicksilver from Days of Future past was running so fast bullets were barely moving at all after being fired, neither of the teleporters would be able to react to that kind of speed. But, with it being a maze like this, who knows if he could get to that type of speed or not?

Speedsters win. DoFP Quicksilver was pretty fast. He can tour the maze in no time and figure it out.

What if they get insane?

Or that was just because of some plot thing? i cant remember

I think the teleporters win, especially if they play it smart- for example, teleport high in the air to get a large view of the maze, then as soon as a speedster turns a corner teleport right in front of them for an easy surprise blow while they aren't paying attention.

DOFP Quicksilver solos, the maze wouldn't even react to him

he solos ... but after how long? quickly?

teams start together, but well separated from the other two

As soon as either teleporter appears near either speedster, the speedster would blitz the teleporter many times faster than they could react to.
