How are Eva units against being unmade?

No feats of such, but this one is stated to being "Like a god". And the theory so far (Dangit where's the final movie) is that he is one of the Adams which would be a seed of life in the NGE. It would've ended the world if the PIS spear hadn't have gotten in the way. -_-
