Then Magneto kills Iron Man and Cap with a thought and then the others can attack Rulk and Spidey.

@MasterAction: It's okay, thanks for clearing it up. Well I thought about it at first if the fight were to be 5 vs 5 well then the outcome would've depended on which team would've the 5th better player in the roster. But since this isn't that. X-Men wins.

Classic Magneto is not current Magneto. I'm not even sure if he can do half of the stuff he could do before. His powers are weaker now. Also Cable hasn't done anything post curing of his techno-organic virus to say he would solo as well.
