How powerful is Starbrand?

JLA.

Starbrand fought Hulk, Hyperion, & Thor all stated to be holding back but notable feat.

Stated to be within his power to protect & destroy a planet.

Also destroyed hundreds of invading ships in one blast.

Just going with that... the JLA team wins easily. They have too many top-tier powerhouses with insane speed.

All of these statements are incorrect. I don't think one person on JLA can hurt Photon aka Spectrum. She starts in light form. Meaning she is light speed combat/flight speed, invisible to nearly everyone, can phase though people attacking them with various radiation/concussive force/heat using eta-watts of power, she can split into multiple light speed versions of her self who can attack independently and she can't be hurt by physical force. Even in character they can't touch her but she can attack them at her leisure. If anyone solos it's PHOTON

During the fight it references Hulk, Hyperion,& Thor as "Planet Killers & World Breakers." & it took them just to end the fight.

How often does Photon stay in light form during battles in character?

I might change my mind. It does seem like the Avengers team can win.

Avengers should take this pretty easily. Sersi has to and transmutation and could take out pretty much anyone on DC team. Monica is a handful to deal with. Starbrand is much stronger than any single JL member here.
