Great match. I'd say.....maybe Team 1(in a nail-bitingly close bout).

Icon's the only real hope for team 2, but he's nullified by Thor. Icon will be busy with Thor while Iron Man assists in taking out the rest of team 2. I don't know much about Doctor Mist, but would he be able to absorb and redirect Thors magical energy?

@Maffew: you forgot Vixen,the pre-new 52 version was capable to absorb metahuman powers and create characters,thanks to kwaku anasi,which lives inside of Totem Tantu. Others characters you don't mentioned is B'wana Beast and Congorilla,the first is capable to mix animals and control them and is a expert fighter,hunter. Congorilla is stronger than Superboy (pre-new 52),has a healing factor and senses equal to Wolverine and can grow to giant sizes (increasing even more his strength).
