I'm sure with one day of preparation time the Guardians can win, due to the fact Rocket can basically annihilate Thor, Hulk and Iron Man with one of his plot guns. But yeah, Avengers win handily for the most part.

The Avengers. The Guardians are strong, but the Avengers just have more firepower all together.

Rocket might win this for them with prep in round 2, none of the Avengers have the feats to tank the Hadron Enforcer [though I'm 100% positive if it happened onscreen, Thor, Hulk and probably Iron Man could], but Thor can most definitely dodge it. maybe the Hulk can too since he can catch Mjolnir which can move at insane speeds and has good combat speed against Abomination who can catch Missiles from behind.

Both sides have oneshot kills, but only the Avengers have a team one shotter with Thor [lightning] and Iron Man [lock on missiles], Drax can probably tank lower level blasts of Thor's lightning and Iron Man's missiles though.

Overall I'd back the Avengers for round 2 as well.

Cap could tank the Hadron Enforcer as well with his shield. I'd love to see the aftermath of that.

Am I the only one who thinks Yondu could solo

@risingbean: It really depends just how concentrated it is, when its dispersed he seems to get flung back [TWS' missile], so I didn't include him, there's a good chance he'd get at least ko'd by it when he was flung back by the impact.

@cdiddyman911: Nothing stopping him from putting his needle through Thor and maybe even Hulk's throat. I'm dubious about how it'd go through Iron Man's titanium armor though. And obviously he could do it on the street levellers too. If he had sufficient distraction.. hell, maybe he could kill them all.

Not sure about solo but he could kill hawkeye, black widow, and maybe cap with his whistle blade.

@rogueshadow: You are forgetting one thing my friend.

@xmenhulk: Avengers and it not even be close. Gamora would prob beat Black Widow, and Yondu would prob take out Hawkeye, but still Thor, Hulk Iron Man and even Cap would still own.

@rogueshadow: If you're counting that 203 grenade that launched him from the overpass, I'd personally call that PIS. It was for story and an anomaly in his deflecting capabilities or it was one hell of a souped up grenade. One could argue the Chitauri bomb in Avengers also blew him back, but he was leaping when that went off and not grounded.

We need more deflection feats I think. Avengers 2 needs to hurry up.
