Godzilla already beat The Avengers and The S.H.I.E.l.D at his weakest incarnation. Thor weapons and Hulk blows did nothing to him because he kept regenerating. Final wars Godzilal woudl one-shoot a good portion of them.

Godzilla does a pulse and wipes out everyone bar Thor. Thor then will be faced with an opponent that can damage him, yet he himself can do nothing to.

Mismatch. Godzilla godstomps.

Guys. Godzilla could just incinerate them. He was strong enough to survive a mjornil blow and only feel pain. He gone toe on toe with Hercules. And this was the weakest incarnation i know. Final wars Godzilla had the power to recreate Big Bang:

I know, this is why the Avengers woudl need at least a hundred members to piss off Godzilla. C'mon! Destroya had the power to destroy Godzilla molecular structure and he kept tanking his atacks. King Ghidorah had the power to blow up planets and tank multiplegodzilla blasts, which is an impressive feat.

I understand but, movie thir taking Thor down, he is the only real challenge, but a big one!

When did Godzilla beat the Avengers, he fought them to a stalemate. Thor was able to match Godzilla's strength. I don't know where people are getting the idea that Marvel's Godzilla is intended to be the weakest incarnation. Perhaps not the strongest incarnation, but I doubt it's the weakest.

Besides that I don't recall Thor using his godblast, or any of his best attacks on Godzilla. Godzilla can be BFR by the Avengers too.

Marvel godzilla is the weakest godzilla and yet the avengers couldn't kill it the only factor here is hulk and thor the others will die of extreme radiation.

Thor God Blast takes forever and the Oxygen Destroyer kills anything living. Thats OD Shtick. Hardly a Low Showing and Burning Godzilla proved too much for the Oxygen Destroyer monster called Destroyah. Little fun fact.

Point is GZ is very Durable and then has a Isane Healing Factor on top of that. Also one super charge Nuke Blast will oneshot more than half the Avengers Roster. A few Nuke Blast will decimate the rest.

But when he stood in the Sun, it wasn't full of constant explosion or nuclear blasts. Hell they even could talk in it. It really is a heat durability feat. Godzilla radiation breathe is more energy blasts.

Well, the Oxygen Destroyer don't destroy Oxygen, the weapon purpose is to destroy every molecule and atom in it's range. That was the only way the military trough about killing him. Whomever, Destroyah absorbed the Oxygen Destroyer and got total control over molecular level. His slashes were so powerful that he was destroying metal just as hard as adamantium and tanking Godzilla Blasts like nothing. He was only defeated when all of his atoms were completely frooze, so he couldn't regenerate.

Destroyah would own a good portion of the Marvel Heroes and walk away like if nothing happened.

Godzilla was tanking attacks on molecular level:

The device works by releasing a chemical stored within it's spherical center (see picture). Once released, the chemical (dubbed Micro-Oxygen) reacts violently with the water, isolating oxygen molecules and splitting them. The molecules are then liquified. This means that any organism exposed to the chemical will first suffocate from the lack of oxygen, and then disintegrate. Depending on the amount of the oxygen destroying chemical released, the body of the victim will either be eaten down to the bone or destroyed completely. When used to its full potential, the Oxygen Destroyer will leave no remains.

The chemical reaction initiated by the weapon (which is the actual part that destroys the oxygen) also powers one of Destoroyah's attacks, a beam of micro-oxygen, in the shape of a double-helix, with the destructive power of the Oxygen Destroyer itself.
