Avengers:Iron Man,Captain America,Hulk(World Breaker) and Thor

Villians:Lex Luthor,Deathstroke,Doomsday(HP) and Black Adam (all pre 52)

Round 1:Random encounter

Round 2: 1 week of prep

Stark makes a DC buster

H/P Doomsday could probably solo

Their one and only problem is HP Doomsday who they can't deal with other then BFR. That aside Hulk and Thor could solo the rest.

It is between Hulk,Thor vs H/P Doomsday,Black Adam - Thor and BA are dead,i say stalemate both Hulk and DD have insane HF so neither would kill each other.

If HP/DD can be BFR'd then Avengers should win both rounds

I don't see how they deal with Doomsday in the first round. Hulk can't kill him and sooner or later DD will evolve to defeat Hulk.

Can't say on the prep round. Who knows what Luther and Stark will pull out of their asses.
