3 of the people on Marvel's team aren't really high tier.

One Punch Man solos

Ms Marvel in threads gets high tier with energy power ups, Namor and iron man are both excess of 100 tons and mach speeds. There not Middle Tier which is more 20-100 toners hitting mach speeds.

Majority of the characters on both teams are mid-tiers level

@gojira2014: Ms Marvel isn't high tier, unless she can go binary. Namor & Iron Man aren't really high tier, either.

I'd consider them high mid-tier, at best. They aren't really on Thor or Hulk's level.

Maybe someone should make a Comicvine Tier Bible lol.

• No more than 2 powers
• Strength max is 4 tons
• Outside of gear, no
• Nobody above peak human speeds and reflexes
• Energy blast maximum strength is no more powerful than a .50 caliber rifle.

Street Level+

• No more than 5 powers
• Strength Maximum is 25 tons
• Speed below Mach 1
• Reflexes limited to Iron Fist levels
• Durability limited to Spiderman and/or Beast
• Energy blast, maximum strength is no more powerful than a fragmentation grenade
• Limited Vibranium / Adamantium / Enhanced Metals / Enhanced Materials. I will allow Wolverine, but no suits (Black Panther with Vibranium Suit not allowed)
• Limited to mind reading

City Level

• Strength Maximum is 80 Tons
• Speed must be equal to or below Mach 8
• Durability is limited to Iron Man level (Bleeding Edge Armor)
• Energy Blast maximum strength is powerful enough to destroy a building (smaller than a skyscraper, about the size of a bar or liquor store)
• No limitation on enhanced metals
• Can read minds across the city, and can control minds

Planetary

• Savage Hulk strength
• Speed limited to Wonder Woman level (below Superman)
• Savage Hulk durability
• Energy Blast maximum strength is powerful enough to wipe out a city
• No limitation on enhanced metals
• Moondragon / Martian Manhunter level telepathy is allowed

Cosmic

• Silver Surfer level characters
• Herald level to be more specific

Cosmic Teambuster

• Below the Tyrant
• Below Skyfather level
• Thanos level characters (including Darkseid, Orion, Despero, etc.)

I dont know anything about Naruto and Yusuke, but the rest are pretty heavy hitters.

I'm getting real tired of the lack of FLCL live in Anime threads. Naota/Kanti slays the Avengers with a Gibson.

This is pretty well done, but even still sans-Binary (which is planetary) Carol is somewhere above City but beneath planetary. Are there more tiers to it by chance? I feel Iron Man might well be in the same category.

@unbreakable_fs4: I am actually catching up on a lot of anime from last few weeks. I literally started from Google with the phase "anime with a bad as overpowered main character" and started following up on any anime I can find that meets the definition. It's been an awesome ride thus far.

currently watching Trigun. I however don't know what to watch next.

@killemall: Awesome. If you want overpowered MC check out Chrome Shelled Regios, Heroic Age, and The Legend of the Legendary Heroes (alternate name: Densetsu no Yūsha no Densetsu)

All these MC's are ridiculously overpowered and I love it lol

@unbreakable_fs4: I have watched all of them. Heroic age really defined power level to a whole different level but I still find Layfon from Chrome Shelled Regious more bad ass.

@killemall: If your looking for some overpowered characters check out "A Certain Magical Index".The series(more for the light novels)have planet busting,light speed attacks,reality warping,universe busting,semi-omnipresent,semi-omniscient,and others.If you like Index,then check out A Certain Scientific Accelerator and A Certain Scientific Railgun.

@homicidalmaniac: I have watched the first one although only first 10 episodes. Wasn't really impressed with heroes ability to negate magic but Accelerator was badass and we'll freaking crazy that was amazing. I will try and catch up.

Haven't seen the second one would totally give it a try. Once I get home I am totally gonna set up a thread asking for an ime suggestions.

If you can suggest more I would appreciate it.

@killemall: There are some mangas and light novels as well (most of the guys here aren't overpowered but they are very strong)

UQ Holder (kind of a sequal to Negima. The MC is his grandson and very strong so far)

The God of High School (has absolutely nothing to do with school lol. MC is a bad a** and is based off Sun Wukong)

Dawnbringer: The Story of The Machine God MC possesses Star Wars like powers. He was the Vice Admiral of his fleet but betrayed by the government and frozen for 120 years IIRC. He wakes up in the future

Also one more anime that came to mind is Kaze no Stigma.The MC is a powerful wind manipulator

Try to read Feng Shen Ji. Main character starts really weak, but it change pretty soon. Also the whole manga is in color with good art and story.

Touma Kamijou(the main character)have potential to be the most powerful character in the series by EOS and Touma is my favorite character.The series when reach the around episode 15-17 of season 1 brings in a important powerful character that is a important part of the light novels.For anime/manga,I ask you to check out Deadman Wonderland,Shaman King manga,Psyren,Toriko manga,and Pandora Hearts.

P.S.For Accelerator,how much do you like him in scale of 1 to 10

I highly recommend it. I'm sure anyone would be able to tell I'm a fan cause I made the MC's wiki page and respect thread lol ...but anyways, the power levels get quite amazing and it's a good read :)

@nerdchore: Code Gaess is awesome. I nearly cried twice during the series. Btw since you like CG have you watched Death Note. It's similar , a lot darker and just as awesome

@killemall: That interesting to hear that. I'm going to post a respect thread about A Certain Magical Index light novels and it's spin off series in a week or more.It going to at first be consist of the main characters and side characters feats and battles in the first two seasons and move forward to the story.

Also,I recommend for you check out Ratman manga and World Trigger.

Less than an he ago I was like what am I gonna watch once I finish the 7 remaining episodes of Trigun now I have so many new suggestions it should last me for few long weeks. Yay

@granitesoldier: Carol sits solidly at City, and in Binary comfortably walks into the Planetary level.

And Iron Man depends on the armor. Classic is somewhere around Street Level+ (which makes sense, he was having a hard time with the X-Men, Dark Beast, and quite a few others), Bleeding Edge was about City Level, and modern is about Planetary.

@floopay: I have seen Cowboy Bebop , loved it, specially Spike as a character, but for odd reason never fought Darker than Black interesting..

Too complicated story for my taste. I left after episode 6.

@floopay: Carol outmatches two or so categories at City level, but I think I see where you're coming from. Is Tony's current Black and Gold armor really planetary?

Tony's been planetary for awhile now. In classic era he was shown capable of dragging an island with a nuclear facility on it on his own, and that was in the Mark VI or something like that.

He's taken hits from Thor, defeated Hulk (from as early as classic era, and again in Invincible Iron Man IIRC), and done quite a bit more. And those were all pre-bleeding edge. I would say anything post Bleeding Edge starts pushing planetary through sheer versatility and destructive capability.
