- This is 5v5 battle

- Both sides have 3 hours of prep, they have full info about everyone from opposite team

Leaning towards team 1. Doom and the Mad Titan preping together along with Kangs time manip...yikes O_o

Amazo could solo but then again marvel has Dr. Doom with his dreaded 3 hours prep. Oh wait nvm Thanos solo.

What about Despero's telepathy? Darkseid has it too.

I hear Thanos is immune to telepathy and it should affect Ultron either plus, with the amount of top-notch minds, team 1 should be able to counter for that. That's their main problem out of the way and I think team 1 have good enough physicals and knowledge to deal with all other problems. I'm not an expert on this class of villain but I'm going Marvel.

Kang preps his team with knowledge from the future for any possible strategy DC team comes up with (see recent arc in Uncanny Avengers) for 10/10 victory.

Loki turns their whole team into snow

Team 2. Amazo could solo. Why is Vandal even there? Should be replaced by Morgan Le Fay or another magic powerhouse for Loki.

No one on Dc team isn't very good in prep than that of team 1, so team 1 wins here

Not too sure on Vandal's (though by skimming, it looks like he's the weak link) or Kang's abilities.

TP would give DC a win but I also believe Doom and Ultron have resistance to it, as I know Thanos does and I'm willing to bet Loki possibly does too. The ones in question are going to need it, and top tier defense at that because of Starro, Darkseid and Despero.

Otherwise, barring TP (and Vandal being super OP), I think it's prepped Doom, Thanos, Loki and Ultron vs Darkseid, Amazo, Despero and Starro.

I think I'm taking Marvel, unless people ride Amazo, saying bell copy everyone and damn near solo. I can't see the Marvel geniuses letting this come down to a slugfest; so I'm giving them the W until further info or feedback is provided.

Thanos is probably the big hitter for team one, with three hours prep he and victor can cook up a decent plan. but is it enough to take out team two. don't think so, Starro will be able to engage most of them, even if its just Thanos with mind attacks which is likely to keep him busy. while Darkseid and Amazo deal with Ultron and Kang the conqueror, with the omega effect and Amazo's absorbing power. which frees Despero to deal with doom and Loki his small reality manipulation and great durability they will get the job done.

My vote goes for team two

Kang alone outsmarted the twins apocalypse when they developed a plan running in 7 possible realities, Thanos won against the beyonder just talking to him; anyone in the marvel team is just too much smart.

Thanos eventually claims victory over Darksied than goes after Despero, who has already killed Doctor Doom!

Kang rips Vandal in half, then Loki incinerates him into molecules.

Starro intervenes and uses his telepathy on Kang, who goes and battles Loki.

Thanos just barely manages to defeat Despero, and is now seriously tired and fatigued.

Loki breaks the control from Kang and together they beat Starro.

Ultron was battling Amazo, but then is killed by him. Thanos tries to help but is anything but helpful and is physically crushed.

Kang and Loki battle Amazo.

Amazo mimics Loki's sorcery and uses it against the two. He also can now time-travel thanks to Kang.

Kang and Loki are becoming overwhelmed.

Kang is finally put down after a bloody battle.

Loki fights on. But Amazo dosen't tire. His stamina is limitless. Loki inevitably falls.

Team 2, Amazo was the deciding factor here...

Marvel team stomps with or without prep...Ultron controls Amazo easily anyways...

Your comment is incorrect.

Marvel team. Doom prep+Thanos prep=sealed deal. With full knowledge of Amazo, they can quickly eliminate him before Amazo becomes a threat.

Vandal is literally useless but Amazo and Despero are too much, team 2 unless you go with "team 1 uses their 3 hours to time travel to get infinite prep time to stomp" which I am pretty sure is not what op intended so I go with team 2.

Kang+Thanos+Doom+Ultron(super smart AI) as prep? Two Prep Gods, 2 near Prep-Gods, and Loki is not dumb either.

Thanos already would practically be immune to the TP.

With 1 hour of prep, or less - they can take care of TP for the rest of the team.

With 1 hour of further prep, or less - they can counter Amazo, the only real threat here I see to them.

And the final hour to seal the deal. And Doom & Co already have access to huge amounts of on the fly resources, teleportation to get things, etc - so three hours of prep is a long enough time.

Team 1, wins this one with ease. I think the team for DC needs a replacement for Vandal; because it kind of causes a small mismatch here when you get down to it.
