Avengers battle for the title

the government decides that only one team of avengers can exist. Sergeant Nick Fury summons The New Avengers, The Mighty Avengers and the Dark Avengers to the S.H.I.E.L.D Base of operations. he then informs the teams that they must battle to determine who the new team of Avengers will be 
 he informs all 3 teams that they will be no leaving the base until one team is left standing, 
the Team left standing will be the new team of Avengers led by S.H.i.E.L.D  
Fury then takes them to a simulation room were a vote is cast and decided that the battle will take place in an abandoned New York 
all 3 teams are cast into the room were they battle to become earths mightiest Heros... THE AVENGERS
