Roku has Avatar State and starts off airbourne in his air sphere, which he is allowed to bend from the same way Aang did in Sozin's Comet. Black Lightning also starts off in the air. Who will win?
I havent seen any of the avatar characters do anything onthe level Black Lightning has. Do we even have any feats for Roku? You have to realize Black Lightning has been fighting element based characters since the Outsiders started. He has defeated more durable enemys with a blast or 2. Not to mention that Roku has no way to defend himself from Black Lightning's attacks. Black Lightning wins IMO.
