This is a stupid thread and a definate spite.
There's no way in hell Spiderman could beat Aang, who is a master of all the elements and could crush him under stone, drown him while he stands, blow him away or even set him on fire.

I think Spidey is at a big disadvantage, because web-slinging relies on sending the webs through the air, so even with just airbending Aang can neutralize one of Spiderman's key powers.  Spiderman's mobility would be compromised the same way -- can't swing through the air if your opponent can bend the air to his will.  A hero with some kind of energy powers would have a better chance against Aang.

 Oh, I don't disagree that Aang has a lot more than that going on.  I was just trying to point out that many of Spiderman's abilities are neutralized, so he probably wouldn't be able to lay a finger on Aang, and trying to think of what matchups against Aang would give the opponent a fighting chance.  Any superpowers that are physically-based are going to be not much help against the Avatar.  "

Yes, Spiderman has seen all of these but not really at the same time from one opponent. I could be wrong on that fact but anyway, Aang has faced the whole Fire Nation army and spent most of his time fighting them for a long time. I think Aang has plenty of experience to back it up. He has the speed of the WInds behind him. Speed isn't a factor. "
