Kinda stacking it in the Hulks favor there. Giving a creature who's strength goes up through anger a red lantern rigng and knowledge plus all those others enhancements I would give it to the Hulk. Unless Atrocitus gets something as well.
So Hulk has: Superior strength, regeneration, red lantern rings, force lightning, a fancy new helmet, and a brain transplant. Perhaps it's best to give the opponent something to even this battle up a little.

Yeah but he had a Blue Lantern destroy it/use plot device didn't he? I remember Guy Gardner getting some plot device action when his red ring was removed on Mogo.
Atrocitus easy, once the red ring is on Hulk his blood is exchanged for red energy and then Atrocitus removes the taking Hulk's life force with him instantly killing him.
god first of all there is no way hulk can get that red lantern ring. he turns into hulk with only a little bit of rage. he has knowhere amount of rage red lantern. stupid. and atrocitus wins. hes extremely strong in new 52. he can take on superman when the power battery is broken. now that is what i call pro. he will rip hulk into shreads before hulk even gets strong. atrocitus. or atrocitus could just put hulk into deep space where hulk can't breath. also hulk gets hurt by tank missiles see how he will get hurt by atrocituses vomit.
That's hard to pick both biggest strengths come from anger and rage. Most likely Atrocidous would offer the Hulk a red lantern ring, but if I have to pick I need to go with the Hulk.
Reason #1. Two against one. What Atrocidous doesn't know is that the Hulk and Bruce Banner are two diffrent people two different minds. Also because Atrocidous is on Sakkar the Hulk and Bruce Banner actually made piece with each other meaning the Hulk is using Bruce Banner's mind and Bruce Banner is one of the most brilliant genius in MARVEL history. Atrocioud isn't very bright.
Reason #2. Rage. The angrier he gets the stronger he gets and because this is Planet Hulk it mean he is furious keep in mind how Hulk got on to Sakkar was because Iron Man, Mister Fantastic, Black Bolt, and Doctor Strange sent tricked him in a rocket and send him off to space. He also beat the Silver Surfer at that time one of marvels most powerful cosmic characters and later Hulk took out the entire Marvel heroes that were on earth. Atrocidous hasn't really done anything world breaking.
I have never seen anything from Atrocitus that makes me believe he wouldn't get smacked into oblivion by Hulk. In fact the whole red lantern corp is rather underwhelming compared to some green, yellow or even blue lanterns.
@omegadynasty: and red lanterns increase their power with rage and hulk has lots of it. Only a matter of time before hulk is devoured and bathed in hot acid blood.
@king-ragnar: he won't coz he can't. Red lanterns are fuelled by rage and hulk increase in it will also increase any average red lantern power making them deadly and powerful. And their numbers will easily overwhelm any version of the hulk.
