Atlas is indeed a Beast. I was reading some stuff on him and it said that Jack Kirby's intent of the characer was it to be modeled after the later incarnation of the Golden Age Superman... when Golden Age Superman was becoming the Silver Age Superman... so Atlas should be rather strong

Basing a character off of something like superman just goes to show you that they are running out of ideas. Which is bad. Choosing that character to have a battle with WWH is even worse. Atlas for the win.

I have to admit that i don't know anything about Atlas, But WWH still has his amazing healing factor, and i don't know how durable Atlas is or if he has any kind of healing. He might be stronger, but if some punches by WWH get through and he is hurt by those blows it might be possible for WWH to squeeze out a win.

There isnt a whole lot known about Atlas though. He has only been shown in action in a couple of comics... I didnt make this fight with the intent of a curbstomp

I know im way late, but judgin from that picture, it looks like atlas can handle superman which, IMO means he can take WWH.

Atlas seemed to have something helping him fight Supes
don't really no his strength limit
 
but being that he is a DC powerhouse
my guess would be him
