I don't see why Tony can't solo. Last time I checked Tony was virtually immune to telepathy, he's too fast to hit and the only one who possibly can hit him is Cyclops,  his shields at 2% were blocking nukes, good luck to anyone on team X-man to get through them. With Tony's current armor and perceiving the X-men as a threat, he can lay them out.

Uh, I'd think the X-Men would go easy on Spidey, but not Hulk and Iron Man. I THINK the X-Men KOULD take this, but with maximum difficulty. Hulk is the last one to go out.

Hulk solo stomps. If he thinks the other team is a serious threats he won't be pulling his hits much, and that means a thunderclap will be more than enough to give most of the x-men a concussion.

Her phasing may help her stay alive against the Hulk and Iron Man, but Spider-man's spidersense will detect the instant she turns solid even for a split second, then it's all over and that same spider sense will keep her from phasing through him.
