• Standard Gear except :

*No Eagle Vision, no Pieces of Eden

*No Vehicles, No Maps, No tech to locate each other, No Mirakuru Slade

In a few words, human hunting.

LOCATION

• Team start on opposite sides of the town
• They don´t know where is the other team
• They don´t know the town (both teams)

Not really, it's a "I don't know what AC can do so I say Arrow before somebody can come with feats and prove me wrong" post.

@sirneko: So he's making a decision without knowledge on one team? = Dumb or Bias.

Team Arrow. Ra's, Merlyn and Oliver as MVP's. Arsenal and Speedy are pretty much none factors

Making a decision until proven wrong, I do it when I have no idea about the other part of the battle. It's easier way to start debates, somebody always wants to prove you wrong.

Ugh, everyone just calm the hell down. Its not like its a poll where votes can't be changed.

I think the Arrow team wins, but my knowledge on AC is limited to reading CaVs and other threads with them on here.

So after taking a quick look. Will watch the rest after work. all i saw were finishing moves and fighting off soldiers with no real fighting ability.

Im still inclined to give it to arrow.

@nerdchore: The Assassins Creed fighting system doesn't focus on the fighting ability of the enemies they focus on the fighting ability of the Assassins.

This scenario is pretty much what they all do for a living.

Ras merlyn thea arrow slade are all trained assassins. Huntress and ollie are just as good at stealth and fighting abilities. Havent seen anything that puts the AS team over them.

Well now I can answer..

My point is that the battle scenario reminds me almost every assassins creed free roam.

Imo the only assassins that can even be considered above random CW LoA level would be Conner, Eztio, and Altiar. The rest of the assassins could be soloed by Ollie, Meryln or Slade. One on one Ras can beat any of the elite three assassins. Honestly Ollie, Ras, Slade, and Merlyn are enough to beat the whole assassin's Creed team.

Based upon my knowledge of AC (I played 1,3,4) and my knowledge of Arrow (Mostly reading CAVs and crossovers with Flash) the Arrow team should come out on top. Sure, the assassins have some crazy feats against tons upon tons of fodder. But the Arrow guys deal with more dangerous opponents: guys who can run at Mach 2, bend steel with their hands and have armor that is totally bulletproof/arrow proof. That to me is more important in a small scale team battle than any number of nameless fodder armies that Connor or Altiar can fight through.

ac can of course find cw faster but are easily dispatched by any of cw team alone they are quick enough to bullet time which is way above what ac team can do plus ac rarely fights someone on their level of combat and h2h skill so i see cw taking this easy

The only reason I believe AC team can win is because of stealth, and they also are more effective in their attacks, they go for the kill. plus their weapons are deadlier than Arrow´s team

They best shot would be isolate the "weaklinks" of Arrow Team (Thea, Roy, Helena, Nyassa) and kill them in pairs, they got one extra man after all.

They should kill them without casualities to then fight the strongers ones (Oliver, Slade, Merilyn and Ras)

I mean Arrow team is fast, but assassins are not slow neither (and yes they fight fodder but anyway)

Also they are all pretty much freerunners in towns like this.

But you're still missing Ezio with his 40+Kill streak against Templar soldiers.

And Altair single handeldy taking down an entire Army head on, on his own. And has never been touched or hurt during combat.

They can jump all over the place and rain death from above.

@cpt_facepuncher: If you still like the games, try and pick up 2. In my opinion, that was the peak of assassin's creed games. Kept all the great stuff from the first game and just built on it while developing a character who's story is iconic to the game franchise.

@rolandalderas: I'll probably pick it up eventually. But I only recently finished Black Flag and I'm a little burnt out on Assassin's Creed at the moment.

Story also? I can understand better gameplay, since it´s newer though..

@payneintheass: Slade's guns are a big factor, as well as Oliver's trick arrows. But the Assassins still have a lot of versatile equipment such as bombs and poison darts. The Arrow team has a few weak links like Roy (he got one-shotted by Nyssa's poison dart, so GG him in this fight), but they have guys like Arrow and Merlyn who are above anyone on the AC team.

Gear, skill, and stats aside, the biggest factor in a big team fight is teamplay, and I think the Assassin are more well-suited to that in this setting, especially Arno, so I'll back them.

oh damn, is this Slade supossed to have like assault rifles or something?

@payneintheass: He has handguns, but those are still modern semi-automatics that are way above any of the Assassins' guns. Plus he shot a buttload of guys before they could react.
