I'd say they're either fairly similar in skill or Aryn is slightly behind, depending on where you rank Malgus, but in terms of telekinetic proficiency, Aryn's ahead and it's not even comparable.
I'd say Aryn is more skilled to be honest. Not sure if Vos would have given Malgus as good of a fight. And she would demolish him her Force power, and given her lax morals to telekinesis, she probably could.
