Artemis seems to be a way better martial artist and combatant (for some reason spider man has problems with these kind of people) and better physical attributes. i see artemis taking this unless spiderman is bloodlusted...
I can see Spiderman having the upper hand on agility and speed... and his danger sense should give him more than an enough step up for her fighting prowess...
I would have to say Artemis, unfortunately. Artemis exceeds his strength level, if I am correct, and she is far more skilled than he is. Artemis won the tournament for the mantle of Wonder Woman over Diana in their second contest. So, I believe she has the physical and skillful superiority between the two. SpiderMan's webbing and spider sense could pose an issue for her though. Although she may have comparable physicality, if SpiderMan managed to tie her in a web, that could be advantageous for him. On the other hand, she may be able to break out of his webbing with some strain. Also, Artemis should be able to avoid it fairly well. Overall, this is a good match up, but all things considered, Artemis should take the majority. :(
Artemis is nowhere near Wonder Woman's strength level... i'll adress that first... without the bracelets of Hercules she's only about 3-5 times normal human strength

enhanced yes but nowhere close to Wonder Womans level..
she can beat most of the amazons on Themyscara but isn't born immortal or with their inherant strengths
@Methos: Didn't Circe give immortality to Bana Amazons? Anyway for the battle, Artemis is certainly a much better fighter than Spider-man and I believe that she has a chance in winning. On the other hand if Spider-Man is fighting at full capacity could win. Tough battle.
I vaguely remember immortality being given, but since then Artemis has been wounded several times in battle.... so i'm not sure if it's 'immortality' or just logetivity...

I don't think that immortality means that someone cannot be wounded, at least that is how I perceive it to be.
Unable to die yes but still they can be wounded. I mean how many times amazons from Themyscira have been wounded or died and supposedly they have true immortality.
I believe there are different levels of "immortality". Assuming they weren't killed the Amazons will live forever just as the Greek Gods. Longevity is just an extended lifespan.like the Norse Gods for example.
I can see Peter winning he's in his element (concrete jungle). Atermis wouldn't go down without a fight though she could win if Peter engages her in close combat.
