Who will Win?

Nightwing.

Nightwing would win because in a court house they are pretty close. nightwing gets the advantage with hand to hand combat giving nightwing the win. arsenal is not far enough in range t have as good of a chance with his arrow and bow

They both seem equally matched, but I think Arsenal has more of a score to settle and Grayson who would need to be up close where as Arsenal could easily attack from a distance. But this is in the Courthouse and i'm sure Nightwing would have no trouble dodging the arrows and would easily get close enough to Arsenal to do some damage. I dislike Nightwing, but I give him this round.

Well, I just think that Nightwing is a better combatant than Arsenal.

He is. Roy even pre-52 wasn't a better combatant and he has no notable h2h feats in new 52 if any at all.

woo, tough one, Ive only read a bit of N52 Nightwing and Red Hood Outlaws. Obviously the first issues can't tell you much, but I will agree with what has been said here, if Nightwing is in close he gets it, which seems to be the case here, but if it wasn't Arsenal would hit a few on him

@Jorgevy: Yes, also Nightwing could disable his bow with a Wing-Ding.

The arena is too small and cluttered for arsenal to pull a win here. Nightwings got this.

I don't understand why there is even this much discussion. Look Roy is awesome but no incarnation of Roy Harper can beat Dick. Even if it was in an open field in broad daylight with them starting 100 yards away. Dick wins every single time.

@karetaker: Look as you can tell by my avatar i love Roy Harper. And he was an A-lister until they randomly decided to ruin the character and continue doing so in the New-52.

Nightwing would annihilate Roy. In fact he has before.
