Still Roy... Bane hasn't displayed anything to suggest he can dodge an arrow (which Roy doesn't even have to be that far to do). & Bane's best H2H is beating on a fresh out of retirement old Batman who needed a leg device to even walk, not that impressive.

Bane only has some moderate strength feats. Arsenal stomps, I'd honestly even say at a close range. He's way too fast. Those saying Bane stomps, have you been watching him this season? He's been casually bullet timing over and over. He's almost as good as Ollie in the past few episodes.

Roy shoots his knees with Arrows.

With equipment arsenal takes it without too much effort. Without it roy doesnt have the damage output to but bane down. So arsenal wins

Speedy wins, he could just shoot Bane, who, in the movies, is a lot more vulnerable to projectiles than the comics. Bane isn't as strong or clever.
