I'd say his accuracy is on par with Bullseye's and he's probably the best hand to hand fighter in this battle.

I am thinking Arsenal and Taskmaster wins this fight. Arsenal is pretty much on par with Bullseye and I think Taskmaster could get the better of Remy in a fight. I think its a pretty close fight overall though.

Alright, thanks. Damn, I still can't decide. I want to say Task and Arsenal, but I just don't know. The ways I see it. If Arsenal is on par with Bullseye in terms or accuracy (which is pretty much all Bulls is known for) and he's the best hand-to-hand fighter then he will have an advantage no matter at which range they fight., especially if the fight moves in close-range. But Gambit has abilities that bring this battle out of simple "close-range/long-range". Grr... I think maybe the clocktower (awesome location by the way) would play the clincher. There wouldn't be a lot of room to maneuver, so I think Task and Arsenal could get in close range where they could really do some damage.
I think Arsenal is being oversold just a little. He may be on Bullseye's level for normal or mostly-normal shots, but I don't think he matches him in all the tricks he can pull off. (My favorite Bullseye trick was when he shattered some plates on the floor in front of some soldiers and every single shard killed a man. That's an example of something I don't think Roy could do.) As for the fighting skill, I don't believe he is better than Taskmaster from what I've seen. He's skilled in general and has specifically been shown to be a master of one art (which is known for its variability and use in any situation) but I think Taskmaster is the better fighter between the two. Since they're on a team that doesn't really matter though.
For some reason I was thinking of Connor Hawke and not Roy Harper. I wouldn't put Roy above Gambit (or anyone else in this fight) in terms of hand to hand.
