Arrow vs Bullseye
Wait, is this live-action Arrow vs. Movie Bullseye? If so, a few questions:
Where are they fighting?
How far apart do they start? Are they visible when it begins?
What's their gear?
That said, I have no idea if this has already been made, so if it's a dupe, someone please provide the link.
@k4tzm4n: Yup, it's the live action arrow. As for your other questions, this is Comic version of Bullseye. The range between them will vary to far away weapons combat to close h2h. They both have their regular gear. They fight in an old warehouse. They are visible when it begins.

Comic Bullseye is superior to TV Arrow in every way.
Comic Bullseye is arguably the best marksmen in all of comics and is a fantastic H2H fighter.
@fallschirmjager: Arrow' s a good fighter too.
@dondave: @rogueshadow: why?

Comic Bullseye decimates Arrow.
@kingmark14: Comic characters almost always stronger than the real life ones. This is because the comic ones can be shown to do things no real actor could ever do, and because many comics are more willing to give absurd feats, as said feats tend to be more acceptable. Most live action films or shows trend towards more realism than fiction, while comics tend to draw from sci-fi Romanticism.
This means that comic character will often be masters of fighting, perform amazing feats of agility (like dodging bullets), and can usually bench around four times what an average person should. Comic characters can defy physics to do cool things, while most live action shows cannot, at least not to the same extent.
For instance:
And that's just the tip of the iceberg. As a general rule of thumb, try not to put comics vs Real life unless you have a deep understanding of both sides, it generally doesn't end well otherwise.
