Haven't caught up with Flash and Arrow afyer mid season finale. But from what I've seen of Cold and Bommerang, Arrow team should win. Unless Heatwave and Cold got some great feats in last episode.

I think the Rogues take it. Granted I'm not really caught up.

team arrow definitely takes round 2 but round 1 is much closer. id still give it to team arrow because of weapons, tech, and teamwork

round 1: go to rogues quite easily actually.

round 2: goes to team arrow, with prep they can take them down.
