Arrange this list from weakest to strongest

This was a gauntlet over at animevice but the order of the characters seemed a little off to me. I Like comics but i read nowhere near as much of them as i do manga, so i can't say I'm an expert (and most comics I read are PC) I tried rearranging the list but i wanted to see how close i got.

I don't get how you want the ranking to be done...
