Who wins?
Justice Buster could utilise its Wonder Woman countermeasure against Thor, before smashing him in with red sun gauntlets and possibly removing Thor's hammer. Then he would wrap up Thor in the net designed for Aquaman before spraying the ground with frictionless liquid.
Justice Buster obviously.
Justice Buster> Justice League> Avengers=Thor+the other Avengers> Thor
@the_real_seaman: he beat Diana with illusion casting sonics IIRC.
@allstarsuperman: Equipment for the suit?
didn't batman play dead with wonder woman? if so how does that win him the fight? wouldn't he have to at least ko thor.
No. She was incapacitated by a very powerful magical rope.
@truth_teller:the last scan I saw has her standing thinking she beat batman so was she stuck immobile in an illusion until released because I could see that being counted as a ko or did she simply leave afterward thinking she won because that is very different.
Justice Buster wins VIA it's Wonder Woman countermeasure.

she was just left there standing. Incapacitated.

Your first assumption was correct. She was stuck in an illusion until she was released by someone else taking off the bind.
Has this armor shown immunity to lightening, otherwise I don't see how it wouldn't be shorted out.
It has shielding on it that we have seen is powerful enough to deflect Superman's heat vision. In addition it's built to counter Cyborg who has a range of electrical based weapons.

Thanks, don't know anything about it, just curious.

Justice Buster obviously.

I always hate this argument. Batman made this armor to take down the JLA. He's had years of intimate knowledge of them. He made this armor with their weaknesses in mind. He also likely went into battle with a strategy based upon what he knows about them. Is this armor greater than the Destroyer? Something Thor has faced several times.
I still don't think the justice buster is in this league.
Pretty much. He did well against the League because Batman had plenty of preparation. The gadgets that are included in the suit wouldn't actually apply the same way for someone like Thor which has different weaknesses.
It would be close but Thor may pull it out.
That sounds dirty
I still don't think the justice buster is in this league.

That and the league was weakened and not in there right minds. The veil of lies thing is his only hope but even than thor has a chance of countering with his area of effect. Plus the OP says that win is by KO or death so that still wouldn't be a win.
Thor stomps. HARD. The Justice Buster wasn't even able to tank more than 2-3 hits from Superman and barely withstood a building falling on top of it. I could probably make a case that Thor could one-shot.
Considering his brother/biggest enemy is a master of lies and illusions and that Thor has resisted even the Mind Gem. I don't know that you can claim he'd be taken out so easily.
But really my point was that claiming that this suit is greater than the JLA isn't necessarily true. Kryptonite can defeat Superman, it's not greater than him.

That's a good point. What I think you could say about Batman with the armor is that he/it is very versatile and has a lot of options.

Based on his fight with Gorr, he already can.
I still don't think the justice buster is in this league.
Thor
This. Love Batman, not a fan of Thor, but let's be real here. He beat a weakened (handful) of JL members whom he has years of knowledge and preparation against. Superman STILL tor that suit apart like paper. The only chance is the Wonder Woman countermeasure but let's be real: if she was in her right mind and attacked Bruce there would have been no chance for him to use the Lasso of Lies on her.
