An unstoppable force that would be the size of a molecule to TTGL.
TTGL grabs the solar system and throws it across the Universe by accident looking for the juggernaut's hand....

TTGL's shown to have limits.
Juggernaut's power is stated that his momentum will not be stopped by anything.
I doubt TTGL can do anything to Juggernaut outside of reality warping.
@guanofriend: tell me how is something who's even smaller than an atom is going to hurt a human being because that's how it looks here. TTGL is measured in 10 million light years. one light year is 10 trillion kilometers and juggernaut is above 6 feet at best. that's no-limits fallacy to say that something that insignificant can do something so big.
Will TTGL even notice he's moving? Or even touching anything? I mean the largest know star in the universe is what, about the size of a small ant compared to TTGL? Most of the time humans don't even feel ants touching them, they might feel a little tickle but most of the time you cant even feel them. Now juggernaut easily fits on earth, just watch that video and look how insignificant earth is. In fact, look at how insignificant the stars are that dwarf the sun, now look at how insignificant they are compared other stars.
The point I'm trying to make is even if juggernaut could somehow win (which I don't think is possible), it would take billions of years to do. It would take lifetimes before tengen even goes "well would you look at that!, my pinky finger seems to have moved 2 millimetres to the side and I didn't even notice!". The universe would end ten times over before juggernaut manages to move tengens hand significantly. This is without resistance, imagine what it would be like when tengen resists:
Juggernaut: "c'mon, just... A little, bit... Further..."
Tengen: "ooohh, my hand tingles!"
Juggernaut: "ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!"
Amd that's what it would be like.
Rant over.

I'm not saying that JUGGERNAUT is going to hurt TTGL. This is an ARM-WRESTLING match. Of course we know TTGL can reality-warp, but that isn't what we're talking about here.
Basically, its asking whether power of JUGGERNAUT can hold back the force generated by MILLION LIGHT-YEAR SIZED beings. I would say yes, JUGGERNAUT'S power basically violates the law of PHYSICS. So no matter what size is the being, its force no matter how big is still within JUGGERNAUT'S power's coverage.
NO ONLY THAT, Juggernaut's power is special, its GRANTED BY CYTTORAK, who is a GOD.
