Arkhamverse Batman vs Movieverse Ironman - Battles

Battle takes place in Arkham City.Batman has his usual gear and one day prep time.Ironman has his Mark 7 suit.Who would win ?

Batman would probably whip something up with prep time, but I can't see what Arkham Batman could really do to Iron Man's armour without the planning time. He'd have to figure a way to get around that, once he did (even one exposed body part of non-functioning part of armour) he'd be able to take Stark down.
