There is no gadgets just H2H and battle takes place in New York streets.Who would win ?

As much as I like Captain America, with gameplay mechanics in, Batman from Arkhamverse would win after a hard fight. A better matchup would be 616 or Ultimate Captain America but we all know that's already been done. Seriously Arkhamverse Batman can attack dudes from all the way across a room in a second like some type of hax teleportation. With no gameplay mechanics, Captain America would win.
