*Scorpion can't Teleport, or use the Netherealm

-Round 1- Random Encounter No Prep

-Round 2- Batman has 12 hours prep to develop a plan to defeat Scorpion, and knows the capablities of his powers.

-Round 3-Who could take out 10 Tyger guards the fastest, without being caught or seen

-Round 4- Who could beat 30 trained thugs the fastest

-Round 1- Random Encounter No Prep - Scorpion

I think Batman wins every round. Scorpion without teleportation is like Thor without his hammer.

If sub-Zero can freeze Scorpion, I don't see why not it wouldn't work.
