Without the ability to separate Juggs from Cytorrak, you can't kill him, so Ares can't win.

I have to vote Ares here. After much thinking Ares could beat Juggy the same way Thor could. Cut Juggy off from the magic giving him his power. Being an actual god, I believe even Ares could pull off this magical feat. Now Ares's superior fighting skill wins the fight, weather it's DC/Marvel. Also I guess Marvel has messed with Ares's abilities because last I checked Greek, and Roman gods are immortal. Norse gods like Thor are not.

Juggernaut kicks the crap out of him. Ares is pathetic.

This isn't fair for Ares.
